The primary mission of Affinity Optical is to provide excellent patient care in a timely and effective manner for all your optical needs. We're affiliated with Eyes On The Lake in Wilmette.  Our two Eyeglasses shops provide vision care to Chicago and the North Shore.  We look forward to serving you and preserving the health of your eyes.
